To make a booking with ThailandTour365.com is very quick and easy. We have provided the booking procedure and the frequently asked questions for you below.

Select your Transfer/Service Type > Date & Time > Type of vehicle > Pick up location & Drop off location. (Maximum passengers depend on the vehicle you choose stated on website.)


Fill in your personal details and click submit, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your booking is confirmed we will send you payment details within 12 hours.


After payment is done. We will send you a confirmation voucher and details on your booking.

How do I make payment?

All prices stated are in Thai Baht (THB)

Your prices are all included?

Our service already include vehicle, driver, gasoline and all express way. We will NEVER charge you a service charge or other hidden charge. However, if there is any additional charge, we will inform you in advance.

Can I pay by credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

I make money transfer to bank account?

  • Yes. Currently we accept Thailand Bank Transfer
  • Singapore Bank Transfer (Exchange rate will be provided before payment)
  • Western Union (Service charge will pay by client)

Do we accept USD or any currency for payment?

No. All prices stated are in Thai Baht (THB). However, credit cards and Paypal payment will auto convert to your account currency.

How do I pay for extra overtime during my trip?

Kindly pay the extra charge to the driver in Thai Baht (THB)


Is my booking a private or shared?

All bookings offered are for private transfers. You or your group will travel in a vehicle for exclusive use. This allows you to avoid queues, save waiting times for other passengers and enable you to go straight to your destination without stopping.

Where is the meeting point at the airport?

The solid details about meeting the driver at the airport are provided in your booking confirmation. In most cases, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals terminal after the group has collected their luggage and passed through customs. Our drivers will be holding a card with the name of the main passenger which was provided during the booking process. (please check special instructions listed on your service voucher).

Will I be taken to and pick up directly from my hotel or location?

Yes. For our bookings our drivers will pick up and drop you at the locations as per request by you.

What happen if my flight is delay?

All our drivers monitor the arrival times of flights to ensure that they pick you on time in the event of a minor delay. If your flight number changes, is reprogrammed or a major delay occurs (more than 2 hours), please contact our 24-hour helpline, which you’ll find on your booking confirmation, to let us know of the changes.

What happen if my driver is delay?

We’ll reconfirm all the bookings with our drivers before the booking date. In the unlikely event that the driver arrives late, please contact our 24-hour helpline, provided on your booking confirmation and our customer services team will assist you immediately. Note that due to adverse conditions or traffic, you can only consider the driver late if he isn’t present for your collection up to 15 minutes after the fixed time on your booking confirmation. We will handle and solve the issue for you immediately.

Can I change my booking details?

Yes. You can make changes up to 24 hours before the fixed time for your booking. To do this, please contact our 24-hour helpline. All the changes are subject to the confirmation of the local operator and if the change increases the service cost (vehicle change, destination, extras etc.) it should be paid before your journey.

I want to cancel my booking. How can I do it?

All booking can be cancel without charges up to 48 hours before your booking. Please contact our 24-hour helpline for refund. As specified in our terms and conditions.

Is it necessary to reconfirm my booking?

No, we take care of everything. A few days before each booking we confirm all the bookings with our drivers. You only have to remember to bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation and enjoy the journey! However, we will send you a reminder 1 day in advance as part of our service.

Can our drivers speak English?

Our Drivers are trained to understand and speak basic English conversations such as directions, answer your basic queries only. They might not able to provide information about Thailand’s attractions. If you need any special assists which our drivers do not understand, please contact our 24-hour helpline for English and Chinese translation assists.

Can I order a convertible child seat?

Yes. It is free of charge. Please make your request upon booking. However, it is subject to availability.


How can I thank, give comment or suggestions?

Shortly after your journey we will send you a brief questionnaire so that you can evaluate the service you received. Like this you can send us your ideas or suggestions to improve our service in the future.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. Now what can I do?

Share your experience with friends, social networking or write a testimonial for us on our websites or Facebook. We exert ourselves to provide you with the best experience possible. Tip our drivers accordingly to your satisfaction to encourage them as a token of appreciation.

I left my valuables on the vehicle. What should I do?

Please contact our 24-hour helpline immediately, with details of the valuables you have left behind and area you have misplaced on the vehicle to speed up the process. Once found we will arrange return the valuables as soon as possible. We collect valuables left behind and keep them safe until you identify them for collection.
