INTRODUCTION

Nothing eases the mind more than knowing that you have a car service waiting to pick you up when you land. Our drivers are punctual, courteous, and will be waiting for you long before you land. We have a fleet of cars, each in its category of luxury to suit your class.

As a standard rule, our complimentary waiting time is 45 minutes, to cater to any delays that are out of your control. If your flight is going to be later than that, we recommend that you alert us in advance so we can adjust our pick-up time. Failure to do this will attract a waiting fee.

Thailand Tours partners with several hotels and organizations within the country and so the transfer from the country’s busiest airports; Suvarnabhumi and Don Muang, is executed without further delays and the drive to your accommodation is swift and safe. We also partner with exceptional service providers in all parts of the country to offer the same seamless airport transfers all over Thailand.

Our cars are in excellent condition and we take into account any special need you highlight when booking so as to provide the best service. For any special needs such as baby seats, we recommend you let us know about them when booking to ensure that we have the right service at pick-up or drop-off.

DISTANCE COVERED

We do not only provide airport transfers to accommodation facilities within the city, but we also go deeper into the provinces. As long as you give us the name of establishment you are headed to, our knowledgeable drivers will use the shortest routes to take you wherever you may be headed.

We handle small groups – individual travelers – and even larger groups of 20 and above. Thailand Tours has a variety of cars that, from small sedans meant for one to mini buses that will handle up to 40 people and their luggage.

Our services require that you book in advance, giving us the number of passengers and the amount of luggage so we know what suits you best. However, we understand that busy travelers may be jetting in to the country for a day or two and not have the time to book a car hours in advance.

Depending on distance covered, we will recommend the type of car to take for luxury and comfort to your destination. We also have requests to have a car with a driver available for entire days and for that we require a day’s booking.
